⁉️ How do you even use a cleansing oil? It’s a common question! Every oil is different depending on the base. And yes, even Oily skin can use an oil cleanser. Making sure to remove thoroughly is the key! ❗️Of course the base we use in Cleo is Calendula, mixed in with Coconut Oil. These are great at removing dirt and makeup while being gentle and healing. 1️⃣ Using a small amount of oil emulsify in your hands by rubbing them together. 2️⃣Adding a small amount of warm water to your hands will allow for better spread of the product. 3️⃣ Apply to the skin using upward circular motions, making sure to not neglect the area behind the ears, neck and chest. 4️⃣ Rinse off with warm water. Wash cloths can be used as well, being mindful of the pressure used. 🍾 There you have it! Simple, clean ingredients, effective. The toners job is to balance the ph levels of the skin, if the ph in the skin is off it can lead to an over production in oil. ❗Another benefit of balanced ph is the skin is better able to accept the benefits of products used after. Better results from your serums, masks and moisturizers because the skin isn’t fighting to restore itself. ✴ I have had many clients complain of an abundance of oil on their skin at the end of the day.
